Streets management

The Contemporary world demands vigorous, zealous, determined and spirited work. Managing stress and work simultaneously has become a part and parcel of our life. To manage both the constraints effectively and maintain a balance between mental and physical strain, our principal arranged a workshop on stress management which was conducted by Shri. Kumar Ajay, who very efficiently read our minds and hilariously gave some suggestions. The workshop comprised of ‘Gyan Mudra’, ‘Anulom – Vilom’, Meditation and laughter therapy. The workshop was indeed reviving and energizing. We unanimously decided to practice it during our assembly. The simple Aasanas and Meditation at the beginning of the day rejuvenate us and allow us to bring forth and maintain a positive approach towards our capabilities.
